When our favorite Greek restaurant closed, we thought we could just drive to the next town over to get our beloved Gyros, but no, why take the easy way out.
We were determined to make our own damn Gyros in the comfort of our backyards, with our own damn grills!
We pulled our wives cars out of the garage and opened the lab.
After trying (and failing) numerous times to cook a Gyro Cone on a BBQ grill, we finally succeeded.
Eureka A Backyard Breakthrough!
The trick was to create a rotisserie adapter with a unique centering core custom designed to fit a Gyro Cone perfectly. Thus the GyrosQ.
While the GyrosQ centering core holds the cone snuggly and perfectly balanced, the 4 tines keep the semi-firm meat from falling or snagging.
Tonight skip the burgers and dogs, slice some cucumbers, grab some Tazeeki and call your 2 DOZEN closest friends, you're cooking Gyros!
